General Introduction
This slitting line is used for peel the coil, level and then cut to narrow strips. PLC control enables it to cut easily and high precisely. Process flow
coil preparation→coil feeding → uncoiling →pinching& leveling machine→ hydraulic shear→ front loop → vertical guide→ rotary shear(→scrap edge recoiling)→ back loop →tensioning device→ recoling machine →coil discharge
